Our legal advisors propose investment schemes between ultimate beneficial owner(s) and target investment(s); we combine international companies, regulated or non-regulated by using the full range of holding and financial instruments, in order to reach our clients’ target mix of holding security and tax efficiency.

Company set-up and incorporation

Investment Fund set-up

Our directors have significant experience in the regulated funds industry, especially with Private Equity, Real Estate, Renewable Energy and Infrastructure asset classes, and together with our partners, specialized in funds formation and regulators’ approval process.

We have a number of exiting regulated fund structures (SICAV-SIF and SICAV).

We act on as Project Managers on the set up of Fund structures:

  • Providing advice on the appropriate choice of vehicle;
  • Liaison with the fund administrators, auditors;
  • Set up of the fund structure;
  • Providing Directors approved by the CSSF;
  • Liaison with the CSSF for the fund approval;
  • Coordination of the risk management process.

Family Office Services

In all location where we have a presence, we assist our clients by proposing fully equiped office spaces for rent with all supporting infrastructures (fix and mobile communications, IT hardware and software, coffee machines, etc.).

In addition to their technical skills, we are business oriented entrepreneurs and have a solid experience in project management. Many of our clients request us to assist them in their relocation process.
